My son, give attention to my words (Proverbs 4:20-22)
Wisdom not only spiritually and materially prospers it physically prospers as well. Heeding wise counsel is healthy. It is a fact; the more educated the people the healthier the people. Ignorance on the other hand has a much shorter lifespan. Wisdom teaches moderation. Therefore those who listen to and follow its instruction do little in excess and live healthier lives. Wisdom eats and drinks well. It takes care of the body, the temple of the Holy Spirit. Wisdom is disciplined; therefore it trains and avoids obesity. It is never intoxicated nor does it use any substance that would place it in an unnatural state of mind. Wisdom teaches us to enjoy life to the fullest and to do our best to live it in good health. It simply says, "Take good care of yourself, you are the only you there is."
