Devotional
We are simply called to do what we know to do. And what we are to know is God's Word. I doubt that there has ever been a time in history that those who call themselves, "God's people" have been more ignorant of His Word. It is amazing how little Bible the average Christian knows. And it is more amazing of how little Bible that is known is obeyed. There has been a tremendous "dumbing-down" of Western society with regard to the things of God and His Word. The West has forgotten that the greater majority of its laws and customs are Biblically based. From the forming of civil government to the meanings of our words, without the understanding of the book we call the Bible, our history shall be lost and our foundations destroyed. We desperately need a revival of the Word. There must come a day that we too openly proclaim, "All that the Lord has said we will do, and be obedient."
