Hebrews 12:1 tells us, "We are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses."[5] These witnesses are not ghosts or purely spirits, but living souls who are recognizable personalities. Death does not mean annihilation. It does mean transfer and change from one realm to another. Life is more than so many years of days on this celestial ball called earth. The universe is endless and timeless. Heaven is real and eternal life certain. The question is where will we be spending it? There are only two realms revealed: heaven and hell. Both are tangible places reserved for those who chose one and reject the other. There is no neutral in eternity. There is only a place of torment[6] and a place of peace. One realm is known as outer darkness[7] the other a place where there is no need for the sun for the Lamb is its light.[8] For those who place their faith and trust in Jesus Christ, a place called paradise has been prepared for them. To reject Christ is to choose the other.
