If the apostle John has one predominate message it is, "Love one another." Of the fourteen times it is uttered in the scriptures, John proclaims it nine of those fourteen. May I simply quote a few of them: "This is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another."[13] "If God so loved us, we also ought to love one another."[14] "If we love one another, God abides in us."[15] Jesus verified the overwhelming significance and power of the commandment when He said, "
