Devotional
The operative word in our text is "Ready." We are to be the ready for the return of Christ. He is coming back. We do not know the day or the hour, but never has mankind been closer to His return. Our state of readiness is to be that of normality. We are to be living our lives in such a way that we will not be taken by surprise. Here is what we are to be doing: Jesus said, "Do business till I come."[11] Therefore, how's business? The apostle Paul said to the Colossians, "Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men
