Title

Sin Is Contagious

Scripture
A disreputable witness scorns justice, and the mouth of the wicked devours iniquity.
(Proverbs 19:28)
Devotional
There are amoral people with nothing but evil intent. They are not to be trusted, for they mock what is right and feed on immorality. They are quick to lie and their truths have ulterior motives. Love them, but mark them. Pray for them, but avoid them. And by all means, never do business with them—never! When it comes to the disreputable and the wicked heed the instruction of 1 Corinthians 5:33, “Do not be deceived: ‘Evil company corrupts good habits (character).’”[1] Warn and protect your children from them. Know the character of their friends. As many illnesses are contagious, corruption corrupts. Goodness is vulnerable and seldom communicable. Therefore quarantine yourself and your children from the infectious disreputable witnesses of life and stay healthy.
