Title

The “Haves” and the “Have Nots”

Scripture
For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away.
(Matthew 25:29)
Devotional
It may not appear to be fair, but God gives to those who have, instead of to those who have not. Here’s why. Each of us comes into this world with a measure of faith, inherent talents, and available spiritual gifts. How we use these in the little aspects of life will determine what God will give us in the greater aspects of life. We must first learn to be faithful in the little before we can expect the grand. You will always find that those who excel in a great enterprise also excel in minor projects. Understand, God sees excelling as doing our best with the tools He has given us. God can multiply one talent as easily as He can multiply many. Here’s what we have to do: Work by faith; utilize your God-given abilities and talents; and desire and use your spiritual gifts. Become a “Have”, instead of a “Have Not.”
