Title

Rightfully Fearless

Scripture
Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you."
(Deuteronomy 31:6)
Devotional
The good news of the Word of God does not get any better than this. Let us never forget that which God commands He will equip. We are never commanded to do what we cannot fulfill. When God says, "Be strong," we can be assured that He will strengthen us. When He commands, "Be of good courage," we can again be assured that there is nothing to fear. What would you dare attempt to accomplish if you knew that these truths were with you? Well, they are. He has said, "'I will never leave you nor forsake you.' So we may boldly say, ‘The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?’”[1] Therefore we should never allow man to intimidate us. To be inhibited, fearful or ashamed to do God’s will for our life is with out cause. Let us go about the business of our lives with boldness. Let us proclaim what we know to be true unashamedly. Both God and man are counting on us to do so.
