For any business, organization or church to successfully function, there has to be a unifying mission statement being spoken by all, especially among the leaders. There is an unshakable strength in unity of purpose and message. When everyone is speaking from the same page in the same voice, success is inevitable. For this to happen there must be enthusiasm, understanding and ownership. When these attributes are obtained there will always be growth in every realm. The only sure cohesive power that exists is the unifying power of Christ. When He is our focus, our purpose and our cause, nothing can stop the accord He brings in a body. If we can keep our eyes on Christ and His message, divisions will vanish and unity will prevail. Christ will be glorified and His people will be edified. This we will accomplish when we together realize that it is not about us, but that it is all about Christ.
