Title

It Is Not What, But Who You Know

Scripture
I have more understanding than all my teachers, for Your testimonies are my meditation.
(Psalm 119:99)
Devotional
The teachers of the world say, “Get all you can, can all you get, and sit on the can.” The testimonies of the Lord are, “Give and it will be given unto you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over ” The world says that you are random chance, a freak of nature. The Word says that you are “fearfully and wonderfully made.” If we understand that the testimonies of God are true and righteous altogether, we will and do have more understanding than the brightest of worldly teachers. A child with faith in Christ has more understanding than the aged Christless teacher. We are not to be ignorant, but in the Kingdom of God it is not what you know that matters but Who you know. And, if you know Christ, you know the right Person. Therefore, seek His knowledge and you will have more understanding than all your teachers.
