Title

The Delight of The Blameless

Scripture
Those who are of a perverse heart are an abomination to the Lord, but the blameless in their ways are His delight.
(Proverbs 11:20)
Devotional
We live in a day of perverted thinking. From pornography to terrorism, the world and its ways are increasing in its wickedness. And it is an abomination to the Lord. What can be done? What can I do? The answer is like nearly all of God's answers, simple: I must endeavor to be blameless in my ways. I must be willing to live my life in such a manner as not to have to worry about what I say or what I do. My speech and my actions are to be such as not to have people wonder what are my motives. My actions and deeds are to speak for themselves. I will not speak or even think of those things which God judges as perverse. By my seeking to delight the Creator of the universe, I will in turn delight those with whom I come in contact. I will find favor with both God and man, And in so doing I will prosper at the things to which God has called me.
