Title

When Fools Cease To Be Fools

Scripture
The lips of the wise disperse knowledge, but the heart of the fool does not do so.
(Proverbs 15:7)
Devotional
One is wise both because he or she speaks knowledge and because their knowledge speaks wisely. The wise share what they know when what they know makes others likewise wise. If we endeavor to make others better by our words, our words will be words of wisdom. For wisdom speaks wisely and the wise wisely speak. The lips of the wise disperse knowledge because the wise think before they speak. The count their words and make every effort to make their words count. The wise speak purposefully, clearly and carefully. Their words are easily understood and always profitable. On the other hand, the heart and mind of the foolish is the antithesis of the wise. The foolish speak to be heard and are difficult to understand. If they do have any amount of true wisdom, they surely would not share it with another. For if they would then they would cease to be fools.
