Devotional
You and I are ambassadors of heaven-that is, we represent Christ to the world. There are folks who will never know anything about the One True God unless they receive it from you, and if we fail to tell them, who will? When people receive the truth of the gospel from you, it is the same as if they received it from Christ. The same applies when people reject the truth. They are not only rejecting you, they’re rejecting Christ in you. An important question would be, how are we representing the kingdom of heaven? Are we presenting ourselves in an acceptable manner? That is, are we doing our best to be received? The only offense there ought to be in our lives is the offense of the gospel. Our attitude, manners, and even our appearance should not hinder Christ from being received by those who are seeking Him.
