When life’s difficulties come appear, and reality is complex, bear in mind, nothing is too difficult for God. When troubles come your way and you find yourself in an impossible situation, never forget that Jesus said, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” So you need water in the desert? God says, “No problem!” Here is an important question: What increased the faith of Elisha? What was he doing prior to this statement of faith? Look at verse 15, “Then it happened, when the musician played, that the hand of the Lord came upon him.” There was a great need, and Elisha obviously went to the Lord in worship and praise. He got hold of heaven. Therefore, when you have a great need, get heaven's attention through praise and worship. You will find your problem to be a simple matter in the sight of the Lord.
