The Bible furthermore says in Romans, “Where sin increased, grace increased all the more.” It does not matter who is against you when God is for you; And I know of no greater way to get God on our side than to be on His side. This we do by walking in obedience to His Word. In our text, the word of God did not just grow; it grew and multiplied. Two of my favorite words are, “Grow” and “Multiply.” Some people are satisfied with growth, others are pleased to grow through addition, but here the growth is through multiplication. If you desire to grow and multiply in your walk with God, obey Him. If you desire to grow and multiply in relationships, live by His dictates. If you desire to grow and multiply financially, apply His principles. If you desire to grow and multiply in any realm, be a student of the Book.
