Devotional
God has set the limits of the sea. He says to it, “You shall go this far and no further. Yet the sea has a liberty. It rises and falls with the tide. Storms cause its boarders to stretch to its limits. The sea has calm and stormy days. Yet, Its boundary is set. Now, if God sets the boundaries of the sea, surely He has set boundaries for His people. We, like the sea have liberties that are not to go beyond the boundaries that God has set for us. God has given us a seashore of opportunities, vast boundaries on which to walk. Therefore, walk in the freedoms God gives, but know the boundaries of the sea of your life. When the boundaries are broken freedom is made void. We must watch for the rip-currants of disobedience and the deserts of unrighteousness. They are to be “off-limits.”
