It is hard to elaborate on the simplicity of our text. This word to pastors (leaders) is explicitly clear. Whether you pastor a church, lead a business or are the head of a household, these clear principles of leadership apply to you. We are never to lord over, we are to always lead under and do so by example. We are never to ask others to do what we are not willing to do ourselves.
