Devotional
To know how to pray, we must be aware of our times and our times are Perilous. By the mere passing of days, we are closer to the return of Christ than any previous generation. From my understanding, every prophecy of scripture that is to precede the Second Coming has been fulfilled. We do not know the day or the hour, but we can know the times. However, to know them we must be about the business of watching. Let us pay attention to the events of the day. We are to be savvy with regard to political and social proceedings. Ignorance is not bliss. How can we know what to pray for if we do not know the condition of the world in which we live? We are to watch and pray for our families, friends, communities, nation and world. We are to know more than weather conditions, "You can discern the face of the sky and of the earth, but how is it you do not discern this time?"[21]Daily Reading
