Title

The Key to the Windows of Heaven

Scripture
You shall truly tithe all the increase of your grain that the field produced year by year.
(Deuteronomy 14:22)
Devotional
Hopefully you give tithes and offerings as God has given you profit. This is not an option for the believer. Furthermore, we should, at the end of each year, review our records of income and be assured that we have given tithes of all our increase. I have yet to meet any believer who has regretted tithing. Nevertheless, I have met many who have regretted not having tithed. God’s desire is to bless His children. He is not a taskmaster. When He commands us to tithe, it is always for our own wellbeing. Some would say that they couldn’t afford to tithe. Those who tithe understand that they cannot afford not to tithe. There are many ways to acquire wealth, but true prosperity comes through the tithe. How can we expect to genuinely prosper if we rob God of that which is His. The Bible is clear, “The tithe is the Lords.”
