The reaction of mankind in the good times will be much worse in the hard times. If we are unable or unwilling to walk in obedience to Christ in times of blessings, what makes us think that we will or can remain faithful in the difficult times of life? For example, if the person you are considering to marry demonstrates some unacceptable character traits before marriage, those traits will be amplified when married. During the dating process, couples are at their best behavior. This is the green wood times of relationships. If they behave unacceptably during the courting time, how will they behave when married, which is the routine time?Daily Reading
