Beacons In The Night

Scripture
Jesus said to them, “A little while longer the light is with you. Walk while you have the light, lest darkness overtake you.”
(John 12:35)
Devotional
I have not known a brighter time in my life. I do not know if it is me or the times, but it seems to me that people are more open to the truths of the gospel than ever before. You and I as believers in the Lord Jesus Christ are lights in the world. I guess that because the world is getting darker, our lights are shinning brighter. A candle in the light of the day is seldom noticed. That same candle in the darkness is a beacon in the night. The world is becoming more corrupt. Sin is much more rampant. It is for this reason that we are to be “Beacons in the night.” There was a time for example that a lack of character was noticed. Today, good character is a rarity. That is why it is so easy to shine. Therefore, let us shine as brightly as possible. Let us be the beacons that lead those lost stray ships to the safety of the harbor of Christ. Let us walk while we have the light, lest darkness overtake us.

We are to be a witness for Him. To be "That Someone" for people to look to. He gives us that abilities to accomplish "That Task"....any task.
My "Walk with The Lord" has changed me to be more forgiving vice being "Angry at the World".

I was once told that I can see "Christ in Your Eyes"...
Christ Lives in me through The Holy Spirit. Amen.
