Do you have the awesome privilege and great responsibility of employing others? If so, never forget that they are created in the image of their Creator just like you. One may hold a greater position, but positions do not make us better persons. As an employer, you are not only a leader of your company or business, you are a leader of people. Again, this is a privilege that requires responsibility. You are not looking out for your own well being, but the well being of others. You are entitled to make a good profit. You are likewise to be equitable in your dealing with your employees. This is not only the right thing to do; it will prove to be profitable as well. God never leads for failure. See your employees as people who are loved by your God. In business see them as investments who are worthy of your time and resources. Likewise never forget that no matter how lofty your position, you have a Master in heaven.Daily Reading
