(Mark 12:24)
Devotional
Everyone has an opinion about God and religion. The only problem is that most people’s beliefs are not based on anything other than opinion. This kind of thinking is plaguing our society. There’s no foundation for anything other than what is pleasing to the one holding the opinion. There is no foundation to morals, laws, marriage, family, or government.
How can anything stand without a foundation? Well, there is a foundation, and it’s a strong one. It is the Word of God, the Bible. Every law of civilized man is based on its content. It has stood the test of time, war, science, history, and attack. Yet, it has more than weathered the storm. It has calmed the storms of life, ended wars, made history, corrected science and won over its attackers. The Bible is how you should know what you know.
