Title

Why Do They Hate Me?

Scripture
Do not marvel, my brethren, if the world hates you.
(1 John 3:13)
Devotional
The further we get from the creation and the closer we get to the end times, the greater the sinfulness of mankind. In this present generation, America has degenerated more rapidly than any time during her total history. Sexual sins that were once against the laws of the land are now accepted lifestyles. Perjury is overshadowed by popularity. Personal comfort surpasses the sanctity of human life. The God given differences of the sexes are reversed. The traditional nuclear family has been eroded. Success is punished and failure rewarded. Hard work is demeaning and laziness is called a sickness. This is our world. If you dare to differ from the world, the world will hate you. If you stand on the convictions of God’s Word instead of the opinions of what the polls say are popular, you are an evil radical. Therefore, “Do not marvel, my brethren, if the world hate you.”
