But this I say, He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.(2 Corinthians 9:6)
Devotional
Herein is the law of sowing and reaping. If you do not sow it, you will not reap it; and if you do so in a mediocre fashion, you will reap at best a mediocre harvest. This law holds true in labor, investment, business, marriage, or anything you give. You will never gain wealth by investing a dollar. You will never thrive in labor with a forty hour work week. You cannot succeed in business without an abundance of diligence and obedience. Nor can a marriage flourish without a bountiful sowing of love and respect. Jesus said, “Freely you have received, freely give.” Therefore, if you want more, give more. If you want more love, sow more love. If you want more time, give more time. If you want more money, give tithes and offerings. If you do these things you will see the law of sowing and reaping fulfilled in your life.Daily Reading
