Scripture
I know the thoughts that I think toward you, thoughts of peace and not evil, to give you a future and a hope.(Jeremiah 29:11)
Devotional
Sometimes we forget the love our heavenly Father has for us. We often live a life of mediocrity because we fail to function in that love. The Lord God is for the ones He loves. The enemy cannot prevail-As the scriptures say, “If God is for us, who can be against us?” When God thinks of you, His thoughts are positive. He has a marvelous plan prepared just for you. The best days for believers are always ahead of them. The best is truly yet to come. All we have to do is walk in that peace with hope in our hearts. If we trust God and walk in obedience to Him, we cannot fail. Our endeavors will succeed if we obey His will and way for our lives. James clearly defines God’s will and way. He says, “Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.” Always remember, God’s thoughts toward you are of peace and not evil, to give you a future and a hope.Daily Reading
