Title

Great Leaders Never Lead Alone

Scripture
And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron…
(Leviticus 13:1)
Devotional
God has always chosen a plurality of leadership for mankind. Whether in the home, business or church, It takes a leadership team to accomplish great and mighty exploits. The larger the organization, the greater the need for an abundance of leaders. You will never find, for example, in the New Testament, where there was only one pastor appointed to a church. There was always a government of pastors or elders. The blessing of a plurality of leaders is the ability to remain accountable. Leaders always have responsibility and responsibility always requires accountability. One man may be able to lead one thousand; two can lead ten thousand. Furthermore, as iron sharpens iron, leaders sharpen leaders. Great leaders surround themselves with great leaders. They are not intimidated by them; they are made better by them. If you are secure in your leadership, you will secure other leaders. Are you a leader? Who is leading with you?
