If you want a simple three-step strategy for success, here it is. Number one is to “Keep ranks.” We are to follow the appropriate order, protocol and alignment. We are to lead the followers and follow the leaders. Secondly, it takes a “Loyal heart.” Proverbs declares, “Most men will proclaim each his own goodness, but who can find a faithful man?” For there to be true, lasting loyalty, that loyalty must ultimately be to God. Without loyalty to God there can be no real loyalty to man. The third step to success is “Single-mindedness.” Single mindedness is not robotic thinking. It is the ability for everyone to be on the same page at the same time with the same purpose. There is great diversity in “Single-mindedness.” Everyone is aiming at the same goal, but from a personal God-given perspective. Therefore if we desire team success, let us keep ranks, with a loyal heart and a single-minded purpose.Daily Reading
