Have you entertained any angels lately? It may be worth giving some thought. The book of Hebrews says, “Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some have unwittingly entertained angels.” They are real and they are about the Father’s business of watching over His children. We do not see them, but they surely are there. There is a battle taking place in a realm very near. “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Again the scriptures say, “Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation?” They are all around us. Let us therefore be aware of their presence, looking for opportunity to be kind, gracious and hospitable. The next time someone special crosses your path, you may just be hosting an angel.Daily Reading
