Like-minded Power

Scripture
Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like-minded toward one another…
(Romans 15:5)
Devotional
Like-mindedness is not identical thinking. It is two or more people being on the same page of life, going in the same direction with the same purpose and common goal. Each may have a different agenda, but each agenda is for the good and well being of all. This is true edification. Each part working together in unison like the fine workings of a clock. One gear turns in on direction at a certain speed and another turns another. The end result is perfect timing. If you can get two people with this kind of like-mindedness there is little you cannot accomplish. If you can find a body of people likewise like-minded the possibilities are endless. Ecclesiastes says, “Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.” Find people that the God of patience and comfort will grant you to be like-minded with and the result will be immeasurable.
