No matter where we may be or what kind of a situation we may find ourselves in, God will have a place of refuge for us, a little sanctuary. Whenever your day is full and life is attacking you from every realm, remember, there is a little sanctuary waiting just for you. You can be in the midst of life’s storms and quickly turn to that place of rest. When I find myself in the midst of it, I can just close my eyes and I am there in an instant. A word of worship, a petition for help or a simple song of praise is all that it takes for me to enter into the little sanctuary. It is more beautiful than the most ornate cathedral, more precious than the warmest country church building. Its choirs are exquisite, its preaching is edifying and its holiness sublime. No matter where I may be or what I may be doing, I can always turn to the little sanctuary of the Lord.Daily Reading
