Who has ascended into heaven, or descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in a garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is His Son's name, if you know?(Proverbs 30:4)
Devotional
The answer: The one and only God manifested in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. The Old Testament was the dispensation of the Father. The New Testament is the dispensation of Jesus Christ the Son. We are living in the dispensation of the Holy Spirit. Oswald Chambers so rightfully said of these times, "Just as God the Father as rejected and spurned in the Old Testament dispensation, and Jesus Christ the Son was despised and spurned in His dispensation, so God the Holy Ghost is despised (as well as flattered) in this dispensation."[21] Let us not be those who despise and spurn, but let us be those who believe and embrace. He has clearly revealed Himself through His Word to every age. We have the full counsel of God (Then Bible) and the Sprit of God. Therefore let us know Him.Daily Reading
