Title

You Do Not Have To Stumble

Scripture
You enlarged my path under me, so my feet did not slip.
(Psalm 18:36)
Devotional
Here we have a word picture for God's grace: God granting us the ability to walk without stumbling. The paths of life are seldom smooth and easy. Yet, when we walk with the Lord our paths, by grace, are enlarged. Jesus said, "Narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it."[4] Without grace, we will stumble and fall. There are many roads to travel, but there is only one way that leads to an abundant life, that is the road traveled with Christ. Few travel this road. It is the road of life, joy, peace and prosperity. One would think that it would be well traveled, but just look around you, it is not a well-beaten path. Which road are you traveling? Is your path enlarged, or are you constantly stumbling? Let Christ be your guide and His Word your roadmap, and you will not have to stumble anymore.
