Herein is the call of valor. People of valor watch for the signs of the times. They watch for the well being of their families. They watch their ways, so that they do not yield to temptation. People of valor stand. They stand for the rights of the poor and widow. They stand when everyone around them is falling. They stand, and after they have done all they can do to stand, they stand some more. People of valor are brave. They are not daredevils, nor foolhardy. They are bold yet humble witnesses for Christ. They are courageous through adversity. Their bravery needs no recognition. People of valor are strong. They are not strong willed nor strong spirited. They are strong in the Lord. They know that in their flesh there is no strength. Quite simply, people of valor watch, stand fast in the faith. They are brave. They are strong.Daily Reading
