Title

Let The Truth Be The Truth

Scripture
And of who have you been afraid, or feared, that you have lied, and not remembered Me nor taken it to your heart?
(Isaiah 57:11)
Devotional
Many lies are the product of fear. We simply do not believe in the truth. We are fearful that if we tell the truth, the truth will be rejected. How foolish! Why would we want anyone to embrace a lie? Even if they reject the truth, at least the truth was presented. A rejected truth is greater than an accepted lie. Always remember, when someone rejects the truth, they are not rejecting you. Therefore, there is no need to fear. Do no take man’s rejection to heart. Always remember God and take Him to heart. There is never a need to lie because of the fear of man. God will deliver you. Jesus meant what He said when He said that you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. Therefore, never be afraid of the truth nor of those who may reject it. Boldly proclaim it. I would rather have nine people reject the truth and one accept it, than nine accept a lie and one reject it. Let the truth be the truth.
