Devotional
If we wish to make a difference in the world, we are going to have to be watchful. We are to diligently watch out for our own souls, our families, and our friends and neighbors. To be a difference-maker, we will have to endure the afflictions of temptations. We will have to endure the temptation to quit on ourselves, to bail out from our families and not care about our neighbors. To make a lasting difference, we will have to fulfill our ministry. We will have to fulfill the ministry of personal growth, the ministry to our families and the ministry with others. There is no greater challenge than the challenge to yield to Christ. Therefore, I am to completely surrender to Him. I am to entrust my family to His grace and mercy, and I am to share Him with those in need of Him. I am to do the work of an evangelist, and fulfill my ministry.
