Ashamed or Persuaded?

Scripture
I am not ashamed. for I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that He Is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that day.
(2 Timothy 1:12)
Devotional
Are you unashamed of what you believe? Do you proclaim it.? Are you quick to tell others about your faith in Christ? If you are unable to answer in the affirmative, maybe you have not yet been persuaded. If you are plagued with doubts and fears, then there is nothing left but shame. Shame is the face of those who are cast into hell at the final judgment. It is the face of those who were almost persuaded. If you have committed your life unto Christ, you need not fear, you can then be persuaded. Here is how: speak it. The Bible says, “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Do not be ashamed, simply proclaim. The more you confess Christ, the more persuaded you will become. If you are not ashamed here on earth, He will not be ashamed of you in heaven. Are you persuaded?
