Devotional
Jesus Christ is a sure foundation. Life can be precarious. Recent rises and falls in the stock market have made many wealthy and many more impoverished. Many have gone to bed millionaires and awakened virtually broke. Life is fragile and people are fickle. Christ is neither. He is the Lord our strength. He does not waver. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. You can trust Him. As we more than often walk precariously through life, we can be assured that we are walking on a firm foundation. We do not have to slip. We surely do not have to fall. We may fail, but we do not have to fall. With Christ as our foundation even our failures are teaching tools to strengthen us and prepare us for the road ahead. How is the path you are walking? Is it rough and rocky? Christ has an enlarged path for you, a sure foundation on which to walk. Why not take it?Daily Reading

Thank you so much for these daily readings. They feed my soul and bring comfort and help while challenging me to "watch my P's and Q's". I pray daily for a closer walk with the Lord and these readings help. May God bless you!
